Partial Epileptic Seizures Epileptic- Could These Be Partial Seizures?

Epileptic- could these be partial seizures? - partial epileptic seizures

I'm on Dilantin 500 mg per day, and I had some tonic observed clinically obvious, and therefore the pills.
From time to time I will times when my mind is active, but as in a cave to get inside my body, which I guess I would say, catatonic, and sometimes in them, and before and after my leg shakes, convulsions, twitching the eyes .. Sometimes I have a little saliva, and it's like I tell my body to get out, but I think sometimes simply as I can, but with a little effort, or perhaps the only episode bypass these days, and now that we have a Some of these episodes, I have a headache, sensitivity to light .. Also, it seems, but not "diagnostic" (although I'm an intelligent being and doing some research on the effects, symptoms, etc., which seems to correlate) that I might be a bit bi-polar and that there is a strong correlation with some changes bi-polar this time.
I do not know how to interpret what I have to stay to "conscious" as opposed to tonic-clonic seizures thatBack to say the least, very different in terms of awareness, etc.
is likely that this partial seizures?
I thought these last two weeks, you should really take my blood / Dilantin level checked again, possibly even an MRI, but I'mn the process of changing doctors so I was in a temporary location until recently. . .
Oh, also note that today, during this period while I was a little cave, "" I could have sworn that the man sitting next to me, but far from me, I was talking on his cell phone with, what I heard, but corellating directly to what my head was a bit strange and I'm not sure I can describe it simply, it could be one, even though I had before the tonic-clonic seizures, auras, were much clearer, but a similar kind of deja vu
